Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members.
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at shift start and end.
• Ensure machines run at peak performance and report issues to Supervisor/Maintenance.
• Record downtime and machine adjustments for reporting.
• Assist with breaks/lunches to keep production on schedule.
• Coordinate with Material Handlers to ensure proper raw materials at machines.
• Act as shift leader when Supervisor is away to maintain smooth operations.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily team meetings with Operators and Single Serve Team Members
• Collect data for Single Serve shift reporting at the beginning and end of every shift
• Ensure Machines are running at peak performance during shift and effectively reporting issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians
• Ensure all recorded information of downtime and machinery adjustments are turned in to Supervisor and shared with Maintenance Technicians
• Responsible for continuing education on all pieces of equipment when opportunities present themselves
• Assist with breaks and lunches to ensure machines are running at peak performance for the full production shift
• Ensure full communication with Material Handlers to have proper raw materials at each machine and removal of non-used materials away from the machines
• If Supervisor is away or on vacation this role becomes the Leader of the shift to ensure that all operations run smoothly
