Qualifications

• 7+ years total manufacturing experience with 2+ in a formal lead/supervisor role.
• Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing, daily management, and KPI tracking.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own daily safety, quality, delivery, and cost results for assigned area.
• Plan labor, assign work, and manage attendance/performance.
• Drive throughput and manage changes and downtime responses.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and feedback.
