Job summary

You will lead and develop operators, support production goals, and promote continuous improvement while coordinating with the production team and Inventory Control.

• Lead, coach, and develop Operators and Lead Operators.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency aligned with company standards.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and labor utilization.
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Shift Manager and Inventory Control.
• Conduct regular team meetings and manage equipment and assets.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
