Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of a complex production operation and monitors productivity.
• Implements production plans, leads shift meetings, tracks progress and delays.
• Ensures team understands roles, fosters safety, and supports continuous improvement.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment; troubleshoots issues as needed.
• Arranges work schedules to ensure efficient operations and quality output.
