Qualifications

• 5+ years in wire harness or cable assembly manufacturing, 2 years in a senior role.
• Deep knowledge of wire harness assembly processes.
• Strong verbal communicator in technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team of Production Engineers.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for production issues.
• Track and report PE team performance and NCR disposition SLA.
