Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to monitor and sustain key KPI for ECU production lines. You will analyze maintenance skills, develop and deliver training, and mentor staff, aiming to improve troubleshooting and execution.

Responsibilities include supporting defect reduction, leading improvement projects, and driving root-cause/countermeasure activities to enhance overall equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
• Time management, prioritization, and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with PCs and Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and sustain critical KPI for ECU production assembly lines.
• Analyze maintenance skill sets and develop training programs.
• Mentor maintenance staff and support defect reduction activities.
• Lead improvement projects and root-cause/countermeasure actions.
• Assist with maintenance execution and troubleshooting improvements.
