Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Lead Production Associate for the Glasshouse Night Shift. The role includes supervising the line, reading production schedules, and ensuring quality as per standards.

The position is Sunday to Thursday, 6 PM to 6 AM, with a $21.00 hourly wage plus a $1.50 shift differential and weekly pay. Full-time permanent status with benefits and a focus on safety, teamwork, and efficient production.

The Lead associate is responsible for supervising the line and for reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be gathered, distributed, for production per quality standards and procedures.

• Establish priorities, provide direction, assign tasks, coordinate, and supportthe team to ensure productivityand instill initiative.
• Maintainhigh-level quality control within the department.
• Determine work assignments and equipment needs based onwork orders and/or oral instructions.

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing
