Job summary

Reflection is seeking a Senior MTS Lead for Product Security to build and scale a comprehensive security program across physical datacenters, cloud, and neocloud environments. The role partners with the CISO to translate strategy into an operational model for rapid growth and enterprise resilience.

You will influence customers, regulators, and stakeholders while hands-on shaping security standards and controls.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity, infrastructure security or related fields.
• Proven track record building security programs from ground up in startups/AI/cloud.
• Success scaling teams from 0→1 and 1→N.
• Experience securing AI infrastructure and GPU compute environments.
• Experience with neocloud providers, hyperscalers, and large-scale infra.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term security strategy and operating model.
• Lead data center, physical security, and infrastructure security globally.
• Own neocloud security strategy, design standards, and vendor integration.
• Drive due diligence and security integration for acquisitions & partnerships.
• Oversee vendor risk programs and security-focused contract negotiations.
