Job summary

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Area is hiring for winter seasonal 2026/2027 on-mountain restaurant roles. Starting wage is $21.50–$26.88 per hour with full-time and part-time hours available, on mountain placement, and safety-focused service for guests.

Roles involve serving, kitchen support and potential supervision. Applicants should be 18+, fluent in English, and prepared for a fast-paced winter season in Summit County, with background checks required by PA authorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous restaurant, supervisory or guest service experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Role placement is on mountain and requires safety-conscious skiing on Black Run terrain.
• Attend to all guest needs in the restaurant ensuring responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Answers phones and radio working directly with other personnel to maintain the dining areas, including setup and busing of tables as needed.
• Work on the floor or in the kitchen, wherever needed, to ensure smooth operation.
• Act as supervisor in the absence of a chef, including managing payroll and attendance.
• Assists in ongoing training of staff and provides feedback.
• Enforce health and safety regulations for restaurant, employees and guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and operation of restaurant and equipment through maintenance programs.
