Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager for the High-Performance AI and Compute Power (HPAC) product line.

You will own the complete product lifecycle, define strategy, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class voltage regulator solutions for AI, data centers, and servers. Responsibilities include shaping product vision, developing go-to-market plans, competitive analysis, pricing, and creating customer-facing materials.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business development, field applications, marketing or related roles.
• Understanding of power management applications and products.
• Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking and/or computing markets.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple offices worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio for AI, servers, data centers and computing markets.
• Collaborate with applications, design and test teams to develop and launch products.
• Create sales collateral, pricing strategies, and competitive analyses.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.
