Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Wordscapes, our flagship word game with over 100M downloads. This role owns strategy for a live game and identifies experiences and systems to drive growth.

You will lead the LiveOps pod, own the roadmap, and balance near-term performance with long-term value through events, content, offers, and experiments. This is a remote-friendly role for eligible US candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in game product management for free-to-play/mobile/live products.
• Proven experience owning LiveOps for a free-to-play game with retention/engagement/monetization improvements.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of free-to-play models, LiveOps, economies, monetization.
• Highly data-driven with ability to analyze cohorts, funnels, segments, experiments.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests with hypotheses and metrics.
• Strong prioritization, initiative, judgment, and communication; decisive as priorities evolve.
• Willingness to travel to the Dallas office 3-4 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for Wordscapes and lead the cross-functional pod responsible for the game’s roadmap, execution, and performance.
• Drive sustainable growth by improving recurring engagement, retention, and monetization across the player lifecycle.
• Own LiveOps roadmap and calendar, balancing recurring events, content, offers, experiments, and larger feature investments.
• Partner with Design, Production, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver features, events, content, offers, and experiments with goals and metrics.
• Own and evolve the game economy, progression systems, rewards, and offers to support player motivation and long-term health.
• Review event and feature performance, identify follow-up actions, and apply learnings to future LiveOps cycles.
