Job summary

Tripledot Studios is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the next chapter of Wordscapes, our flagship word game with 100M+ downloads. This role owns product strategy for a live game and identifies experiences to sustain growth.

You will lead the LiveOps pod, own and prioritize the roadmap, and balance near-term performance with long-term player value through events, content, offers, and experiments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (graduate degree preferred) in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in game product management, ideally on a scaled free-to-play mobile game or live product.
• Proven experience owning LiveOps for a free-to-play game and improving retention, engagement, or monetization through events, content, offers, or features.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for Wordscapes and lead the cross-functional pod responsible for the game’s roadmap, execution, and performance.
• Drive sustainable growth by improving recurring engagement, retention, and monetization across the player lifecycle.
• Own and evolve the game economy, progression systems, rewards, and offers to support player motivation and long-term health.
• Review event and feature performance and apply learnings to future LiveOps cycles and roadmap decisions.
