PeopleFun, a Dallas-based game studio in the AppLovin family, seeks a Lead Product Manager to shape Wordscapes' next chapter. You will own LiveOps strategy, roadmap, events, content, offers, and experiments, balancing short-term performance with long-term player value.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in game product management, strong data skills, and a track record in free-to-play monetization. Remote-friendly with occasional Dallas travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of game product management experience, ideally on a scaled free-to-play mobile game.
• Proven experience owning LiveOps for a free-to-play game and improving retention, engagement, or monetization.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and leading a cross-functional team through strategy, execution, measurement, and follow-through.
• Strong understanding of free-to-play business models, LiveOps, game economies, and monetization systems.
• Highly data-driven with ability to analyze cohorts, funnels, segments, and experiments and translate insights into product decisions.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests with hypotheses, metrics, guardrails and follow-ups.

Responsabilités

• Own product management for Wordscapes and lead the cross-functional pod responsible for roadmap, execution, and performance.
• Drive sustainable growth by improving engagement, retention, and monetization across the player lifecycle.
• Own and evolve the game economy, progression systems, rewards and offers to support long-term health.
• Partner with Design, Production, Engineering, and Analytics to deliver features, events, content, offers, and experiments with clear goals.
