Job summary

PayPal's Venmo Credit Card team seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the roadmap from 0 to 1 lending. You will align with Engineering, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Growth, Marketing, and external banks to deliver customer-centered credit products in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Own the Venmo Credit Card roadmap across acquisition, activation, engagement, rewards, servicing, and account management.
• Partner with Finance on new accounts, spend, balances, revenue, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Lead 0-to-1 lending initiatives, testing product hypotheses based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Define MVPs, success metrics, experiments, and phased launch plans to validate demand and economics.
• Build business cases for new lending products including credit loss, funding, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal on regulatory and fraud risk considerations.
