Job summary

PayPal's Venmo division seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the Venmo Credit Card and lead the development of our first lending offerings. You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Growth, Marketing, and external bank partners to deliver customer-centered products within regulatory guidelines.

Own the roadmap across acquisition, activation, engagement, rewards, servicing, and account management while building business cases and testing hypotheses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

This role combines ownership of a scaled consumer credit product with 0-to-1 product development, identifying and validating new ways Venmo can help customers access and manage credit. You will partner across Engineering, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Growth, Marketing, and external bank and lending partners to deliver customer-centered products that achieve business objectives while operating within regulatory and risk requirements.
