Job summary

PayPal's Venmo team is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Venmo Credit Card and lead the development of new lending offerings. You will partner across Engineering, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Growth, Marketing, and external banks to deliver customer-centered products that meet business and regulatory requirements.

This role involves ownership of a scaled consumer credit product, driving 0-to-1 lending initiatives, MVPs, and phased launches with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Inputs to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implements the architectural roadmap balancing design, regulatory requirements, and time-to-market.
• Monitors metrics informing product success, usability, and market analysis.
• Manages workstreams in analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Partners with risk/compliance/legal on regulatory considerations.
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver customer-centered products.
