Job summary

Venmo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Venmo Credit Card and drive the development of the first lending offerings. You will partner across Engineering, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Growth, Marketing, and external bank partners to deliver customer-centered products that meet business and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes 0-to-1 product delivery, MVPs, metrics, and scalable servicing with a compensation range reflecting New York City location and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Equivalent.
• Experience with consumer credit products and fintech is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Inputs to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Implements the architectural roadmap balancing design, regulatory requirements, and time‑to‑market.
• Controls for the customer experience in product requirements.
• Monitors metrics including usability studies, research and market analysis.
• Manages workstreams for analytics, discovery, market research and competitive analysis.
