Responsibilities

• Responsible for improving TikTok search results experience, accountable for experience metrics.
• Have a strong understanding of the search product and user needs, define clear evaluation metrics from both objective and subjective perspectives, identify problems through well-founded evaluation methods, and drive optimization.
• Design search results optimization strategies through data analysis and user analysis, continuously iterate search experience.
• Collaborate with the monetization team to balance user experience and monetization goals.
• Actively think about the application scenarios of AIGC in search, improve search efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in search/recommendation strategy products.
• Strong capability in analyzing user needs, assessing product strategy and trade-offs, and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GenAI/content strategy related fields.
• Experience working with global teams.

Job Information

Base salary range: $210,000 - $400,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additional bonuses, stock units, and benefits are included.
