Amphenol Corporation is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the pressure-sensing portfolio by translating customer needs into innovative products, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams for global launches.

You will empower our global sales organization with technical expertise, training, and targeted product marketing while driving market growth and engaging customers at key industry events.

Qualifications

• MSc in Engineering or related field (Electrical/Mechanical engineering, Physics, etc.).
• 3–5 years of OEM component-level Product Management or equivalent.
• Experience with MEMS or sensing products; medical applications a plus.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to drive growth.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% to customers, trade shows, and events.
• P&L management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform competitive analysis and define product needs through market research, VOC, and sales feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to define requirements and lead commercial launches.
• Support Marketing with customer presentations and training materials for new product introductions.
• Work with global sales to identify target customers and capture opportunities.
• Analyze pricing and margins; define pricing strategies for pressure-sensing products.
