Job summary

NovaSensor, an Amphenol company, seeks a Project Manager to oversee new product and customer development projects from conception to launch. You will coordinate cross-functional, multi-site teams, apply APQP methodologies, manage budgets and schedules, and drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

On-site role in Fremont, CA with strong collaboration across engineering, operations, and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline is required.
• 5+ years of experience delivering new product development projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from award through start of production, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Direct cross-functional, cross-site teams to achieve successful product launches.
• Develop and adapt project plans, allocate resources, and manage day-to-day operations.
• Apply APQP methodologies and prepare tollgate reviews for leadership.
• Manage project financials including budgets, expenses, investments, and forecasts.
• Facilitate meetings, manage scope and change control, and act as central contact for customer and internal teams.
