Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand customer and associate needs to deliver enterprise products with an unparalleled shopping experience.
• Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategy; communicate direction and priorities to teams.
• Identify goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value and refine the backlog.
• Conduct end user research to identify user stories and MVPs.
• Partner with Finance to understand financial needs and assist in business planning for opportunities.
• Monitor research and market trends to recommend best solutions and keep products best in class.
• Evaluate research and industry innovations to recommend optimal solutions.
• Drive aligned product delivery to sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
