Job summary

Electrolux Group North America seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap and business performance for Microwave, Ventilation and Specialty Range categories. You will own long-term vision, pricing, business case development, and lifecycle management with internal and external partners.

You will collaborate with R&D, Design, Global Sourcing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to deliver innovative products that drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in Product Management, Product Line/Category Management, or related leadership role.
• Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and lifecycle strategies.
• Strong financial acumen: pricing, business cases, forecasting, profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the business performance, strategy, and product roadmap for Microwave and Ventilation categories.
• Develop multi-year product roadmap, define future products and tech direction.
• Lead annual and long-range product planning to support growth objectives.
• Drive new product development from concept to launch, ensuring customer needs and cost targets.
• Create business cases, pricing strategies, and product positioning for new introductions.
• Manage product lifecycle, launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product plans and sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and decisions.
