Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and business performance for Microwave, Ventilation, and Specialty Range categories. This role collaborates with R&D, Design, Global Sourcing, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will own long-term product vision, pricing, and lifecycle management, and will manage product launches and end-of-life planning in a global supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Line Management, Category Management, or a related business leadership role.
• Experience managing product portfolios, roadmaps, and lifecycle strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the business performance, strategy, and product roadmap for Microwave and Ventilation categories.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap with future products and technology direction.
• Lead annual and long-range product planning to support growth objectives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for microwave cooking and ventilation products.
• Drive new product development from concept through launch.
