Broan-NuTone, LLC. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of the overall product strategy for Kitchen Ventilation categories.

You will work to ensure the legacy products meet customer needs in residential and commercial IAQ, while driving innovative designs and new market-changing ventilation solutions. The role requires 3-5 years of product management experience, a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (MBA preferred), and the ability to collaborate with

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management and technical experience is required.
• Experience in big box retail is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is required; MBA is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage long-range strategic plans for the assigned category, including growth strategy and roadmap.
• Help drive business results, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build KPIs for key product programs and measurement approaches.
• Lead lifecycle management for assigned categories.
• Provide marketing input on go-to-market plans, digital marketing, and market research.
• Design and implement voice-of-customer systems to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
• Support training programs for internal and external customers on assigned categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches within Stage-Gate processes.
