Zusammenfassung

Dassault Systèmes’ BIOVIA seeks a Senior Product Manager to own MARIE’s Laboratory Science competency on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will translate complex lab workflows into executable AI-driven tasks and partner with scientists, QA, and product teams to drive automation and data integrity.

You will define evaluation frameworks for agent quality, shape autonomy roadmaps, and present solutions to technical and executive audiences while collaborating across BIOVIA’s lab and AI organizations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; master's or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in product management in enterprise software.
• Experience with laboratory informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, LES, instrument data capture).
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/LLM-based agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proficiency using AI tools for research, synthesis, and requirements drafting.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into engineering specs.
• Experience in regulated lab environments: GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, audit trails.
• Experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.

Aufgaben

• Identify and prioritize laboratory use cases for automation with scientists and QA stakeholders.
• Decompose laboratory workflows into agent-executable tasks with inputs, tools, and validation steps.
• Define interactions with the ONE Lab data model on 3DEXPERIENCE and data-integration scope.
• Contribute to evaluation framework for MARIE agent quality and validation.
• Own the autonomy roadmap, balancing human-in-the-loop and supervised autonomy.
• Partner with Scientific AI, Lab orgs, and MARIE product managers.
• Evaluate partnerships with laboratory automation and robotics providers.
• Represent the product externally via customer engagements, webinars, and live demos.
