Job summary

BIOVIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the MARIE Laboratory Science competency within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will shape the product strategy and roadmap for automating laboratory workflows, coordinating with scientists, QA, and lab management across diverse verticals.

You will define agent interactions with the ONE Lab data model, drive evaluation frameworks, and advance autonomy while ensuring compliance and traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline relevant to laboratory work; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years in product management or a comparable product-ownership role in enterprise software.
• Direct working knowledge of laboratory informatics systems (LIMS, ELN, LES, instrument data capture or inventory management).
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML-based agent systems: task planning, tool calling, multi-agent orchestration, retrieval grounding, evaluation methods and failure modes.
• Proficiency using AI tools for research, requirements drafting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize laboratory use cases worth automating with scientists, lab managers and QA stakeholders.
• Decompose workflows into agent-executable tasks with inputs, tools, decisions and checkpoints.
• Define interactions with the 3DEXPERIENCE ONE Lab data model and data-migration needs.
• Contribute to evaluation framework for MARIE's agent quality and production readiness.
• Own the autonomy roadmap including human-in-the-loop, supervision, audit trails and validation controls.
• Collaborate with Scientific AI, Lab organizations and other MARIE product teams.
• Evaluate partnerships with laboratory automation and robotics providers for potential extension of workflows.
• Represent the product in customer engagements, webinars, conferences and live demos.
