Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Product, Commercial, Sales, Technology, and Operations on delivery of world-class Loan Platforms products.
• Identify client needs and translate to potential product enhancements; communicate internally.
• Maintain understanding of product strategy and impact on customer engagements.
• Build proactive relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Document requirements including journey maps, features, user stories, and dependencies.
• Produce high-quality product documentation and specifications.
• Lead product demonstrations and walkthroughs for customer teams.
• Support testing, deployments, and client engagements as needed.
• Contribute to solution roadmaps and prioritize deliverables.
• Identify key stakeholder relationships and market trends.
