Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management for internal platforms or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with workflow engines, approvals, case management.
• Strong knowledge of workflow design, business rules, and RBAC.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and core platform capabilities.
• Optimize cross-functional processes into scalable product solutions.
• Design reusable capabilities: workflow orchestration, approvals, forms, RBAC.
• Build configurable solutions for multiple business functions.
