Join Our Team

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our integrations team. This role involves overseeing the development and productization of integration services, enhancing our suite of capabilities, and ensuring timely delivery against customer deadlines. You will need a strong technical background to drive best practices, identify opportunities, and build scalable solutions. Experience in customer-facing roles like solution architect or sales engineer is a plus. You may occasionally interact with customers to understand needs and resolve issues.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the developer portal and external API capabilities, ensuring an intuitive self-service experience for customers.
  • Drive the integrations team roadmap, balancing current customer commitments with future product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to understand customer needs and deliver successful implementations.
  • Implement best practices such as automated testing, monitoring, and rate limiting to support scalable integration services.
  • Prioritize work across multiple stakeholders to maintain an accurate and predictable roadmap.
  • Lead end-to-end processes, driving organizational change to ensure team success.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience in integrations or related fields.
  • A background in computer science or prior development experience.
  • Familiarity with integrating ERPs, CRMs, DMS, and MDM platforms.
  • Experience managing a developer portal.
  • Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with customer integrations or software implementations.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach and desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
