Job summary

Carrot is seeking a Lead, Product Management to shape and scale a core product area as the platform grows. You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for this area, translating company priorities into a clear, prioritized plan and guiding cross‑functional initiatives with Engineering, UX, Clinical, Legal, and Commercial partners.

This is a highly visible, high‑impact role for someone with strong product judgment who is ready to mentor other Product Managers and partner directly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at a fast-growing tech company; healthcare/digital health a plus.
• Proven track record owning cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong product sense balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience mentoring or guiding less‑experienced product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a core product area.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, UX, Clinical, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Mentor other Product Managers and raise the bar on product processes and craft.
• Make high-judgment prioritization decisions balancing member experience and feasibility.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape quarterly and annual product strategy.
• Identify and address systemic gaps in tooling, process, or team practices.
