Job summary

Carrot Fertility is seeking a Lead, Product Management to shape and scale a core product area as the platform grows. You’ll own the end-to-end strategy, mentor PMs, and partner with senior leadership on initiatives that matter to members and the business.

This remote-first role offers high visibility and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, UX, Clinical, Legal, and Commercial teams, with impact on how Carrot builds products at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience at a fast-growing technology company; healthcare/digital health experience a plus.
• Track record of owning complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong product sense balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience mentoring or guiding less-experienced product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key product area.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, UX, Clinical, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Mentor other Product Managers to raise the team’s craft and process.
• Make prioritization decisions balancing member experience, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with senior product and cross-functional leadership to shape quarterly and annual strategy.
• Identify and address gaps in process, tooling, or team practices that limit product effectiveness.
• Represent the Product team in executive and cross-functional forums with clear strategy and trade-offs.
