Job summary

Carrot is seeking a Lead, Product Management to shape and scale one of our core product areas as Carrot's platform grows. You will operate as a strategic driver, owning a significant portion of the roadmap and aligning cross-functional partners around a shared vision.

This highly visible role requires strong product judgment, mentoring other PMs, and partnering with senior leadership to drive initiatives that matter for members and the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in tech or digital health.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Strong ability to balance user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a key product area.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, UX, Clinical, Legal, and Commercial partners.
• Mentor other Product Managers to raise the bar on process and craft.
• Make high-judgment prioritization decisions balancing user experience and feasibility.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape quarterly and annual strategy.
• Address systemic gaps in process, tooling, or team practices.
• Represent the Product team in executive and cross-functional forums.
