Job summary

Bellwether, part of X, The Moonshot Factory, seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the model, agent, and platform components of our core product suite. You will shape how financial services and government customers leverage AI, translating complex requirements into valuable features for the Bellwether platform.

Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and executives to align roadmap with market needs, guide architecture discussions, and craft strategic product documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience spanning product management and engineering, including at least 1 year in a hands-on engineering role.
• Proven track record of platform or enterprise product management delivering measurable business results.
• Deep domain expertise in cloud infrastructure and platform architecture; familiarity with modern tools is valued.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools to optimize product workflows and PRD development.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration bridging engineering, research, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision, roadmaps, and value proposition across key verticals.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to turn climate modeling into intuitive risk workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and designers to guide product development and governance.
• Create concise product documentation and present strategy to executives and partners.
