Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Data and AI to define strategy and execution of data and AI capabilities across our machine learning models and generative AI initiatives.

You will work closely with product leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to make data a core enterprise asset that optimizes global workforce clinical operations, elevates the member experience, and expands competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise SaaS or health tech products.
• Strong knowledge of ML, AI, and data-driven product delivery.
• Ability to translate clinical/business needs into product requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a multi-year product vision and roadmap for data and AI platforms.
• Drive Generative AI opportunities and end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical Quality, GTM.
• Maintain responsible AI practices with Legal, Privacy, and Clinical leadership.
• Design measurement frameworks to assess model effectiveness and business impact.
• Translate business pain points into detailed product requirements.
• Mentor teammates and foster a data-driven culture.
