Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Product Manager for the Consent & Preference Management Platform to drive the execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of Humana’s consent capabilities.

You will own the day-to-day product lifecycle, backlogs, requirements, and delivery coordination, partnering with Centerwell, engineering, legal, and compliance. This role ensures consent and preference decisions are captured, enforced, and activated across web, mobile, CRM, contact center, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management, platform ownership, or digital capability delivery.
• Experience with Nest Best Action platforms, AI platforms, or intelligent platforms.
• Experience managing complex backlogs for enterprise platforms used across multiple channels and business units.
• Strong understanding of consent, privacy, or customer data management concepts.
• Ability to translate regulatory or policy requirements into functional product capabilities.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional technology, legal, and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate requirements and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for consent and preference platform capabilities.
• Lead development of platform capabilities and integration with Centerwell.
• Collaborate with NBA, Marketing, Digital, CRM, Customer Service, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams.
• Advocate for customer-centric design and clear data usage communications.
• Track and report product KPIs, drive optimization, and reduce operational friction.
