Job summary

Humana's Product organization seeks a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and optimization of the Adobe Experience Platform for web integrations. You will translate business needs into platform capabilities enabling personalized, data-driven experiences across web channels.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to grow adoption, scale capabilities for Authenticated and Unauthenticated web engagement, and align requirements with enterprise standards and compliance while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of product management experience.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer including Offers.
Strong understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and personalization strategies.
Understanding of Web channels architecture and API integrations with external products.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives.
Experience with tools such as JIRA or ADO to help manage business requirements and for end user story traceability.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own and translate requirements into platform features for engineering teams.
Collaborate with business, engineering, and delivery teams to plan and release enhancements on time and quality.
Ensure data models, APIs, and workflows adhere to enterprise standards.
Drive integration with Authenticated and Unauthenticated Web Channels to the Adobe Platform.
Monitor platform performance and user adoption to optimize outcomes.
