Job summary

UKG is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Principal Product Manager to define, build, and scale a new compensation intelligence and benchmarking product. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and trusted benchmark methodologies, guiding cross-functional teams from discovery to expansion.

The ideal candidate combines deep product leadership with data fluency and practical knowledge of compensation, payroll, or labor-market products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, analytics, payroll, or compensation products.
• Experience leading a new product or major product line through discovery, strategy, launch, and scale.
• Experience partnering with data engineering, analytics, data science, or ML teams to ship production-grade data products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate data quality, customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.
• Must be able to work out of UKG Lowell MA or Sunrise FL office location 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the compensation intelligence product.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch, adoption, and expansion.
• Partner with AI, data science, and domain experts to improve job matching and benchmarking.
• Establish data coverage, quality, lineage, privacy, and benchmark reliability.
• Translate customer research into clear requirements, workflows, and outcomes.
