Job summary

Coursera seeks a Senior Product Manager to define the strategy for Coursera's search experience across its product suite. You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, ML, and university partnerships teams to build a roadmap that delivers a personalized, multilingual learner journey.

You will work with marketing and growth teams to drive product adoption and revenue, leveraging state-of-the-art AI techniques to improve relevance and user satisfaction at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management for consumer-facing products with revenue responsibility.
• 2+ years in search, personalization, or recommendations.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives from ideation to launch.

Responsibilities

• Set vision for next-generation search capabilities and personalized experiences.
• Own conversational search across Coursera products and ensure AI-enabled learner journey.
• Improve search accuracy via IR/ML, embeddings, and multilingual support.
• Run rapid experiments to understand market trends and user behavior.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and personalized learner experiences.
• Define and track KPIs for conversion and merchandising effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other Product teams to align strategies with business goals.
