Job summary

Gyde Health, Inc. is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own key areas of our AI agent portfolio—production voice and SMS agents that handle real client conversations across the insurance lifecycle for the agencies we acquire.

You'll report to the Head of Product as a senior, hands-on IC with broad ownership, taking AI agents from concept through production, adoption, and measurable revenue impact in a CMS-regulated domain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years shipping AI/ML-powered products to production in regulated/workflow-heavy domains.
• Proven end-to-end product strategy and roadmap ownership from vision to launch.
• Deep understanding of how LLM products are built and improved, including evals and cost trade-offs.
• Experience defining metrics and running experiments to inform product decisions with customer insight.
• Daily use of AI tools to prototype, test, and validate concepts.
• Hands-on by default: you write the first draft and listen to calls and transcripts.
• Ability to ship a scoped V1 that provides signal over a more ambitious V3.
• Perspective on how AI agents change insurance distribution and willingness to test in production.
• Strong communication and alignment without relying on authority.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for the agent portfolio and adapt as learnings grow.
• Lead conversational AI agents from concept to production launch and revenue impact.
• Own prioritization: what ships, what waits, and what we don't build.
• Define 'good' for every agent: call rubrics, eval coverage, escalation, and compliance.
• Translate broker and client insights into the roadmap with field exposure and proof-of-concepts.
• Define success metrics and tie them to revenue per broker.
• Align founders, engineering, design, and partner success around direction and sequencing.
