Gyde is building the first AI-native insurance brokerage platform to automate operations, power voice and chat experiences, and tailor coverage for clients. The Growth Marketing Associate will manage day-to-day marketing operations, digital campaigns, events, and cross-team collaboration to drive awareness and pipeline all year.

You’ll develop sourcing enablement materials, welcome new agencies, and support portfolio agencies in go-to-market motions.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of marketing experience in a growth-stage startup or B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with Webflow (or similar CMS), social media tools, Figma and Canva, and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Ortto.
• Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple streams and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sharp copy and design.
• Analytical and data-oriented; comfortable with reporting and testing.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and presents structure.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or financial services is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive Top of Funnel awareness: video, blog content, social media, newsletters; build SEO foundations.
• Nurture mid-funnel: resources, email journeys, and landing pages to connect with sourcing teams.
• Activate IRL: sponsorships, events, webinars; develop playbooks for exhibits and swag.
• Manage Gyde Partner Experience from LOI through close with branded touchpoints.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing, M&A, Partner Growth, Product, and People teams.
• Portfolio support: sales enablement and events for agencies with similar go-to-market needs.
