Job summary

Gyde is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own key areas of our AI agent portfolio—production voice and SMS agents that handle real client conversations across the insurance lifecycle for the agencies we acquire. You'll report to the Head of Product and act as a senior, hands-on contributor with direct accountability for outcomes.

As an early product hire, you will carry broad ownership, and your focus will evolve with the roadmap.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management, including 2+ years shipping AI/ML-powered products to production in regulated domains.
Evidence of end-to-end strategy and roadmaps from vision to launch and iteration.
Experience with LLMs, evals, prompts, and cost/latency trade-offs.
Daily use of AI tools to prototype and validate concepts.
Hands-on by default: listen to calls, read transcripts, and write first drafts.

Responsibilities

Set the product strategy and roadmap for your area of the agent portfolio and evolve it with market learnings.
Take conversational AI agents from concept through production launch, adoption, and revenue impact.
Own prioritization for your area—what ships, what waits, and what we don't build.
Define what "good" means for every agent and drive the improvement loop with engineering.
Translate broker, agency operator, and client insight into the roadmap with field validation.
Define success metrics and tie them to revenue per broker.
Align founders, engineering, design, and partner success around direction and sequencing.
