Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for Sales tooling powering Amazon Shipping's go-to-market engine. You will partner with Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops to translate frontline pain into product, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities end-to-end.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record delivering complex, multi-org initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products.
• Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions.
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
• 10+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate and own the long-term vision and roadmap for Sales tooling across Amazon Shipping.
• Build alignment with senior stakeholders including business cases and buy-in.
• Manage end-to-end initiatives from strategy through execution to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops to translate frontline pain into product.
• Navigate multi-team dynamics and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Develop CRM-based products and responsibly ship AI/GenAI features.
• Partner with engineering to deliver integrated 3P solutions.
• Prioritize features and drive go-to-market strategies with cross-org impact.
