Highspot in Seattle is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Admin Agent initiative, shaping vision, roadmap, backlog, and coordinating with security and engineering to deliver agentic admin experiences at scale.

You will own identity, authentication, authorization, governance for Highspot's agentic platforms, balance build vs buy, and drive cross-functional collaboration with executives, product marketing, and customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience shipping products as a PM in an agile environment.
• Ability to map vague inputs to concrete roadmaps/backlogs.
• Strong communication and ability to articulate strategy to execs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Admin Agent by defining vision, roadmap, backlog, and admin configuration scope.
• Define agentic identity with security for authentication, authorization, governance, and audit.
• Lead build-versus-buy decisions and drive recommendations with stakeholders.
• Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to GA with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop deep expertise in the product, identity, security, and agentic market trends.
• Collaborate across executives, security, marketing, and customer success to align plans.
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities and measure success.
• Stay ahead of the field by working with industry experts on agentic trends.
