Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Founding Product Manager for Agentic Personalization to define the product, sequencing, and go-to-market strategy. You will work directly with the founders and executive team to shape the first pillar of this platform.

You will own customer discovery, determine agent-enabled workflows, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable revenue milestones. This is a high-autonomy role with significant impact on product direction and enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping products from nothing to revenue at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ability to evaluate architecture and infrastructure tradeoffs at product level.
• Strong business sense and roadmapping to revenue milestones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery with product and growth teams at enterprise customers.
• Define the agent experience including segments, variants, experiments, and traffic allocation.
• Scale go-to-market plans and partner with sales and CS on implementation playbooks.
