Job summary

Universal Instruments Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to own the Advanced Packaging and Semiconductor product line, directing roadmap, product evolution, and customer-specific machine deliveries. You will lead cross-functional teams, coach project managers, and ensure service, spare parts, and training support through end-of-life.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to meet contract requirements, analyze ROI, and respond to RFQs while guiding the S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of Product Manager experience in a relevant market.
• Experience in the Semiconductor Advanced Packaging industry.
• Technical expertise in high-speed, high-accuracy automation equipment is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical project teams.
• Ability to communicate clearly and deliver professional presentations; interpret detailed technical documents/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and monitor development projects and programs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Planning and Quality to meet contract requirements.
• Manage post-delivery lifecycle: spare parts, service, and training.
• Set equipment specs, performance targets, costs and selling price for new products and features.
• Perform ROI analysis within business cases.
• Partner with Business Development to assess market/competition and articulate product value.
