Job summary

You will partner with internal and external stakeholders, shape financial processes, and contribute to scalable governance in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of team-leading experience.
• 8–12 years of work experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Deep expertise across financial accounting and reporting; process optimization.
• Strong people leadership in international setups.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with big-picture view.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the direct reports, define success, and foster a winning culture.
• Drive simplification and automation of financial accounting and reporting operations.
• Ensure timely monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders; lead initiatives in accounting and reporting.
