Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners seeks a frontend-focused engineer to own the frontend for a data-rich internal product in a New York real estate investment business. You will lead UI development, build reusable components, and shape a design system while collaborating with leadership on roadmap decisions.

• Four to ten years of frontend-heavy experience building and shipping production applications, including substantial product ownership from scoping through deployment.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js, plus data-intensive interfaces such as visualizations, charts, maps, and insight tools.
• Experience building enterprise products and complete user-facing applications, not only isolated components or design systems.
• Ability to work directly with users and stakeholders, synthesize feedback, and turn it into product requirements and prototypes.
• Experience with design tools for rapid prototyping and delivery.
• A focused engineering career with sustained roles and on-site collaboration with a product team.

About the Role

Join a lean, senior team building internal products for an industrial real estate investment business. As the first product-focused engineer on this initiative, you will own the frontend and help replace off-the-shelf tools with data-rich applications that support investment decisions.

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $225,000 to $275,000 annually. Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization. New visa sponsorship is not available; existing transferable visas are accepted.
