Job summary

Unknown company in New York is seeking a software engineer to join an early-stage AI software team building products for in-person sales organizations. You will ship customer-facing features across the stack, help shape engineering standards, and take on growing ownership as the team scales.

You will work with React/React Native, TypeScript, and Python to deliver end-to-end features and deploy on AWS. You’ll talk with customers to guide practical product solutions and help recruit future

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software engineering experience with evidence of initiative or entrepreneurial drive.
• Experience shipping user-facing, full-stack features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience building products in a fast-paced startup environment, including early-stage or 0-to-1 work.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality, with sustained contributions in previous roles.
• Customer-first approach and interest in understanding user needs directly.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure through product delivery, including experience deploying infrastructure on AWS.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience building products in a fast-paced startup environment, including early-stage or 0-to-1 work.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $192,500 to $258,000 USD annually.

Visa sponsorship is available.

LOCATION

On-site in New York, NY, United States, five days per week.
