• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science and 5 years industry experience.
• Or 10 years related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute new product development projects from concept to production launch.
• Develop product specifications, datasheets, and technical reports.
• Lead stage-gate documentation and project planning.
• Evaluate materials and polymers to improve performance and cost.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
