PLASKOLITE in Scranton, PA is seeking a Product Development Engineer to lead complex product and process development from concept through commercialization. You will apply advanced polymer knowledge to deliver high-performance, cost-effective solutions while balancing safety and regulatory requirements.

You will manage project teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, providing technical direction and ensuring scalable production, timely validation, and smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science and 5 years industry experience.
• Or 10 years related industry experience.
• Strong project leadership and problem-solving abilities to drive development and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute new product development projects from concept, design, validation and production launch with minimal supervision.
• Develops product specifications, technical datasheets, and technical reports to support product commercialization and customer communications.
• Prepares and presents NPD Stage – Gate documentation.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to understand customer requirements and opportunities.
